DEPOSIT POLICY:
To finalize the booking process, we ask for $50 deposit per spot. When the cover is finalized, that deposit WILL BE DEDUCTED from the invoice for cover design (so you are not paying anything extra).
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
This means that if you decide to cancel the project at any time, deposit will NOT be refunded.

In case of RESCHEDULING
(if it happens that you are not ready to start on the agreed date, and you want to move the cover for later date):

- if you email us with more than 2 months’ notice, we will reschedule the cover for the new date, and the deposit paid for the original spot will be transferred to the new spot.
- if the notice of rescheduling comes with less than 2 months’ notice, the deposit paid for original spot will not be refunded, and a new deposit ($50) will be requested for securing the new spot/date.
Only 1 rescheduling is possible. If you want to reschedule a 2nd time, deposit will be lost, and you will be asked to send another $50 deposit for securing the new spot.
