To confirm your booking and reserve your project slot, we require a $50 deposit per cover (PayPal invoice).

The deposit is applied toward the final cover design fee and will be deducted from your final invoice once the cover is completed, so there is no additional cost. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your project at any point, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you are not ready to begin your project on the agreed start date, you may request to move your booking to a later date.
 

• More than 2 months’ notice: Your booking may be moved to a new available date, and your original deposit will be transferred to the new project slot.

• Less than 2 months’ notice: Your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new $50 deposit will be required to reserve another date.

Each booking may be rescheduled once under the terms above. If you need to reschedule a second time, the existing deposit will be forfeited and a new $50 deposit will be required to secure the new project slot.

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
