BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
When you have 3 or more covers designed within a short period of time (less than 30 days between each cover), we offer the following discounts:

- 10% discount for bulk orders that include ebook covers only
- 15% in case of bulk order for packages that include both ebook and paperback cover
- 10% in case of mix (3 packages where some are ebook+paperback, and some are ebook only)
The total discounted amount will be deducted from the 3rd cover. Discounting from the 3rd cover means that covers 1 and 2 will be invoiced under the full price.
BULK ORDER DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED ON THE 3RD COVER ONLY IF ALL 3 COVERS ARE FINALIZED (design approved, invoice paid, and final files delivered) WITHIN THE 3-MONTH PERIOD.
In case when you have more than 3 covers close together: The first 2 covers are charged in full. Then 3x15% is deducted from the 3rd cover. For covers after the 3rd ( books 4 5 6...), if there are fewer than 30 days between covers, the discount is applied automatically to each cover ( no accumulation)

The reason we introduced the discount accumulation system, where Covers 1 and 2 are invoiced at the full rate and the combined discount for all three covers is applied to the third invoice, is that in some cases clients booked three covers, received the bulk rate for the first one, and later canceled slots 2 and 3. In those situations, the bulk discount was effectively applied to a single cover. Because of this, we introduced the accumulated discount structure to keep the pricing fair and consistent for all clients.
