BULK ORDER
DISCOUNTS
When you have 3 or more covers designed within a short period of time (less than 30 days between each cover),we offer bulk discounts.
Discount rates:

10% off eBook-only covers
-
15% off packages that include both an eBook and Paperback cover
-
10% off mixed orders (a combination of eBook-only and eBook + Paperback packages)
How the discount is applied:
To keep the process fair, Covers 1 and 2 are invoiced at the standard rate. The combined discount for all three covers is then applied to the invoice for Cover 3.
For the discount to apply, all three covers must be completed within a 3-month period, meaning:

The design has been approved

The invoice has been paid

The final files have been delivered
For larger series (more than 3 covers), the first two covers are charged at the standard rate, and the accumulated discount for the first three covers is applied to Cover 3. After that, each additional cover (Books 4, 5, 6, etc.) automatically receives the applicable bulk discount, provided there are no more than 30 days between consecutive cover projects. No further discount accumulation is applied.
Why do we apply the discount this way?
In the past, some clients booked three covers, received the bulk discount on the first cover, and later cancelled or delayed the remaining two projects. This meant a bulk-order discount was effectively applied to a single cover.
To prevent this and ensure consistent and fair pricing for all clients, bulk discounts are now accumulated and applied only after the first three booked covers have been completed.
